At Zorka.design, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom laser-cut products for our customers. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding refunds and returns.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale. Since each product is made specifically to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom items unless there is a defect in craftsmanship or the product differs significantly from the approved design.

Standard Products

For our standard product line, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged item to expedite the process.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.
